Aim1. To provide students with basic information about organizational theories, organizational structures and organizational processes. 2. To enable students to acquire knowledge and develop skills on the basic elements of organizational structures, the conditions of effective organization, structural design options and requirements. 3. To help students get to know and analyze the various dimensions of organizational structure and factors such as size, technology, environment, goals, strategies and culture that affect the structural features of the organization and acquire knowledge and skills on how to use them as future managers.
