AimInformation society and knowledge economy, globalization, developments in artificial intelligence, digitalized world, networks, changing production style and production relations, changing business life, employees, consumers and stakeholders, the human element has gained more importance in the context of management thought. In addition to changing perspectives and approaches, there have been significant changes in the concepts, principles, methods, techniques and methods used in the field of management. In this course, contemporary management approaches (Classical, Neo-classical, modern and post-modern approaches) and contemporary management techniques will be discussed and examined.
