Aim | The aim of this course is to interpret the basic concepts and theories
in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and to have
an idea about how to integrate the scientific approach with business
life with examples and theoretical knowledge. Students will be able to
explain the problems experienced in the workplace with the theories
they have learned and will be able to solve the problems encountered
in business life (individual-group-organization) within the framework
of the information they have acquired. Will be able to explain the
main topics of Industrial Psychology, Human Resources functions
and Organizational Psychology |
