Aim | The aim of this lesson is, to learn and gain basic techniques and approaches to Indsutrial and Organizational Pscyhology. In the content of this lesson, to learn Industrial Psychology subjects such as job analysis techniques, performance appraisal system and design etc.. and also Organizational Psychology subjects such as organizatşonal culture, motivational theories, organizational justice and etc. |
