Course Content | This course contains; Rules of social order ,Definition of law, purpose, functions and properties,Legal systems and sources of law ,Sources of law,Sources of law,Private law and public law,Branches of private law ,Branches of public law,Branches of public law,Concept and types of rights,Personality, lawn capacitas and juridical capacity ,Legal events and actions,Legal proceedings,Judicial system and types of cases. |
