Aim | The aim of this course is to determine the scope of responsibilities, obligations and rights arising from the operation of merchant ships in maritime trade, and to examine in detail the principles and rules regarding the transportation of cargo and passengers by sea and the legal problems and liability arising from maritime accidents within the framework of Law No. 6102. |
