Aim | Throughout the year, the civil courts structure, the trial, the status of the plaintiff and defendant, procedure of filling a lawsuit, procedure of representation before the courts, the duties of judges, procedure of the evidence submission, judgment and appeal procedures and alternative dispute resolutions especially arbitration shall be explored in the light of theoretical knowledge and related legislation. |
