Aim | The aim of the course is to enhance students’ knowledge and skills for patient follow-up and care, in order to provide a qualified service; before, after and during the dialysis. |
Course Content | This course contains; 1. Skin and self-care practices –I,2. Skin and self-care practices -II,3. Signs of vital measurement,4. Heat and cold practices,5. Drug practices I,6. Drug practices II,7. Movement, body mechanics, and patient moving,8. Respiratory systems and practices,9. Gastrointestinal systems and practices,10. Urinary systems practices,11. Preoperative and postperative care,12. Wound care and practices,13. Ageing and care of an elderly individual,14. Sleep and sleep-related practices. |
