Aim | Students, by having knowledge about machinery, equipment and systems. Will be able to provide information about frequently used machinery and equipment and the dangers and risks associated with them, minimum safety basics, control and maintenance procedures in Machinery and Equipment. |
Course Content | This course contains; Introduction to Machinery and Equipment Systems,Machine Types and Types (Engines, Construction Equipment),Legal Legislation and Minimum Requirements Regarding Machinery and Equipment,Lifting Equipment (Forklift, Crane, etc.),Pressure Vessels (Boilers, Hydrophores, etc.),Processing Machines (Machining, Presses),Welding Processes and Machines,Conveying Machines,Installation Types and Risks,Periodic Control Procedures of Machinery and Equipment,Machinery and Equipment Maintenance Procedures,Machine Risk Assessment Steps,EKED (LOTO) Applications,Process Safety Approach. |
