Aim | To evaluate all institutions and concepts of the 1982 Constitution and the developments of constitutionalism in Turkey and other countries. |
Course Content | This course contains; What is constitution? Early constitutionalism (13th to 18th centuries).,Basic concepts of constitutionalism – Human rights.
