•    Organizing press conferences and hosting media representatives

•    Preparing press releases, press invitations, and institutional news

•    Following, archiving, and reporting of news in the media

•    Writing news about institutional events and publishing them on the institution website

•    Coordinating with internal and external agencies

DIGITAL MEDIA

•    Preparing and managing the content of official social media accounts

•    Following and reporting the data published on digital platforms related to the institution on a daily basis

•    Managing advertising and digital marketing activities

•    Improving website content and functions

•    Coordinating the production processes and live broadcasts of the promotion period

•    Planning and management of digital processes of events such as online graduation ceremonies

PRODUCTION

•    Shooting and editing processes of institutional photos and videos

•    Preparing content to be published on digital platforms

•    Carrying out post-production works such as graphic design and editing

PUBLISHING

•    Preparing magazines, books, booklets, and brochures approved by the University President’s Office

•    Preparing the content of the student newspaper Medipost and the internal communication publication Havadis

•    Coordinating the agency-design processes of all prepared content

•    Following the ISBN, banderole, printing, sales, distribution, and inventory processes of printed and electronic publications

•    Managing the digital platforms where the university’s academic publications are available

•    Coordinating relations with libraries in Türkiye and abroad

•    Preparing institution messages on special days and weeks

The Press and Publications Office also contributes to the following activities:

•    Carrying out activities for the university’s institutional image and reputation

•    Preparing special occasion messages for the institution and the leader

•    Planning and follow-up of internal communication projects, HR communication

•    Supporting promotion activities
