* The English Preparatory Program exemption exam will be held on September 20, 2022 at Kavacık North and South Campuses. The exam will start at 09:00. Due to the location of the campuses, there may be traffic, hence the students are advised to take that into consideration when leaving for the exam. Being late due to traffic is under the students’ responsibility.
* Information regarding the exam rooms of the students will be shared on dilokulu.medipol.edu.tr on 19.09.2022.

* The exam is intended for students with a mandatory English Preparatory Education. Students who do not want to be exempt from the English Preparatory Programme, and those who wishes to study English Preparatory Year optionally, are not required to sit the exam. Students who do not sit the exam will study English Preparatory Education.
* There are no specific applications to take the exam.
Points that the students must consider when coming to the exam:
- Being ready on campus at least one (1) hour prior to the exam starting time.
Knowing their student number and being able to access their student e-mail addresses with “medipol” extension (classes will not be specified based on student names)
- Having a valid ID, driving license or passport in person (Istanbulkart and other documents are not accepted)
- Bringing a pencil and eraser with them. Having learnt the exam room beforehand (to be announced at dilokulu.medipol.edu.tr)
- It is forbidden for students to have in their possession electronic gadgets such as computers, mobile phones, smart watches, headphones etc.. They are required to leave these kinds of gadgets outside of the room with people who accompany them.
Parents will not be allowed into the building except for students with special needs and disabilities. Students with special needs are required to notify the Language School via dilokulu.medipol.edu.tr regarding their circumstances by September 14th, 2022.
Details with regards to exam rooms and the exam will be announced on the Language School webpage at least a day prior to the exam, and the names of the students will be censored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law. As the students will not be able to find out about their exam rooms solely with their names, they are required to know their student numbers given during registration.
In the face-to-face exam held on campus, students who get a score of 75 or higher will be exempted from English Preparatory Programme. Those who get between 60 and 74 from this first stage of the exam held on campus will be entitled to the online speaking exam to be held on September 22nd 2022. The Speaking Exam will be graded out of 100 and those who get 75 and higher will be exempted.
All speaking exams will be held ONLINE. To be able to take the exam, students must be able to access their STUDENT E-MAIL ADDRESSES with the “medipol” extension.
Students who get a score of 59 or lower from the Proficiency Exam and those who get 74 and below from the speaking exam will study English Preparatory Education.
Exam results will be announced on mebis.medipol.edu.tr and students are required to know their MEBIS login passwords.
