In accordance with security measures, entrances to the Kavacık South Campus of our university during the Graduation Ceremonies will be made with a photocopy of our graduating student's student ID card or student certificate. Each visitor who will attend does not need a copy. A single document to be used jointly is adequate for families or multiple visitor groups who will enter the university together. Please do not forget to ask our graduate student for a copy of his/her student ID card and show it at the entrance of the campus.

The ceremonies will be held outdoors during July 1-10. It is recommended that our guests who enter the campus before the ceremony time rest in the areas reserved inside the building (Ground floor lounge area, B4 Floor lecture halls) in order not to be affected by the weather conditions and proceed to the ceremony area after the announcements. We kindly ask our guests arriving by car to consider the directions made by the security guards to facilitate their access to the waiting areas.

You may use the cafeterias in the ground floor lounge area and the café in the ceremony area.

To avoid any health problems due to seasonal temperatures, our viewers can accompany the excitement of the ceremony with YouTube live stream. Ceremonies will be streamed live from the lecture halls on the B4 floor.
