Aim | The aim of the course is to examine the concepts of health and law through the lens of human rights within the framework of the European Union (EU) acquis. In this context, the relationship between health law and human rights from the early days of the EU to the present is examined, and what kind of attitude the European Union and its institutions display in the field of health; It is aimed to determine the contribution of the Union's institutional capacity and its authority framework in accepting the right to health as a human right, and to explain and teach the health rights provided to people living in the European Union in each right dimension. |
