Aim | The aim of the course is to provide students with detailed information about current issues in the organizational behavior literature. The aim is to enable students to better understand the causes and consequences of employees' behavior in organizational life, in line with the information they have obtained on these current issues, and to use this information in their studies to improve organizational effectiveness. |
