Aim | The aim of this course is to enable students to learn the entrepreneurship process and how to manage this process. Students will have an entrepreneurial understanding, including identifying a business opportunity, allocating resources, preparing operations, developing the business, and financing. |
Course Content | This course contains; What is Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship and Innovation?,Research steps for the right idea (Situation analysis, problem and solution identification, SWOT),Competitive Analysis, positioning, Near/distant competitor reviews, target audience profiling,Preparation of Feasibility Report and Business Model,Preparation of a business plan,Application and timetable preparation,Global Entrepreneurship , Franchising,Recap of last week's topics,Marketing Plan E-commerce,Cash Flow and Financial Resources,Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property, Ethics and Social Responsibility,Effective presentation techniques,Determination of project cooperation,Presentations. |
