Ford Otosan Customer Experience Leader Gonca Ulufer Temiz, LC Waikiki E-Commerce Category and Digital Marketing Director İrem Yılmaz, Vasfi Kahraman from Turkcell, Estee Lauder CFO Onur Gürsoy, Yemeksepeti Menu and Content Director Müge Balta, Oğuz Holding CEO Enes Örer, and students attended the event held at the South Campus Conference Hall.
TEMİZ: CAREER IS SELF-DEVELOPMENT
Speaking at the event, Gonca Ulufer Temiz answered the question of “What is a career?” She said that the concept of “career” has many definitions, but the most accurate explanation for it is personal development. Stating that the career building process begins before stepping into the business world, Temiz emphasized that universities are an important factor in this sense. İrem Yılmaz stated that the awareness of e-commerce was very low in 2011. Stating that e-commerce has reached a critical position in people's lives today, Yılmaz reminded that the e-commerce process in Türkiye officially started in 2018. Vasfi Kahraman also advised the students to take advantage of all the opportunities of the school and enjoy being a student. Onur Gürsoy, Müge Balta, and Enes Örer also gave career advice to the students.
