The oral presentation of the team including Prof. Bülent Şerbetçioğlu from the Department of Audiology, Research Assistant Furkan Büyükkal, Lecturer Seher Yılmaz, and Lecturer Caner Yatmaz was chosen first among 40 papers at the ‘11th National Neurotology’ and ‘13th Cochlear Implantation Audiology’ congresses.
The ‘11th National Neurotology’ and ‘13th Cochlear Implantation Audiology’ congresses organized by the Otology Neurotology Association in Muğla have ended. Oral as well as poster presentations were also delivered at the congresses attended by academicians from Istanbul Medipol University School of Health Sciences Department of Audiology. The oral presentation of the team including the Head of the Department of Audiology Prof. Bülent Şerbetçioğlu, Research Assistant Furkan Büyükkal, Lecturer Seher Yılmaz, Lecturer Caner Yatmaz as well as Assoc. Prof. Alev Cumbul from Yeditepe University was chosen first among 40 presentations. Şerbetçioğlu, Büyükkal, Yılmaz, Yatmaz, and Cumbul received the award for their work titled “Audiological and Histopathological Demonstration of the Effects of Pycnogenol Use on Rats Exposed to Noise”.
